SAP assessments are completed in two stages: the Design Stage SAP for your Building Regulations application, then months or years later, the As-Built review and EPC when your dwelling is complete. The As-Built stage involves reviewing any construction changes and producing the final EPC for lodgement.

We ask for a £100 deposit on instruction for the Design Stage SAP assessment, with the balance due on completion of that stage. The As-Built review and EPC fee is payable when the dwelling is complete and you're ready for final certification. All invoices are payable within 14 days.
